Customer Feed back
During the month of September, we decided to interview and listen to our customer to understand how they are experiencing the Diaspora Village project so far. What we found out is that the deposit request is a big hindrance to the buying process. We have now made several adjustment to align ourselves with our Diaspora Village Customers working and income patterns.
Payment plan and new price
Starting from the 1st October 2013, all plots will be priced at one rate of Ksh 870,000. The big gain to the customer is that we no longer require a deposit. All that a customer need is Ksh 33,225 to book and also set up a monthly standing order of Ksh 33,225 for 35 months.

All those who have booked a plot and not paid a deposit will be moved to the new price and plan. This price is still discounted by over 40%. Plot target price by December 2017 is Ksh 5m.

There is no Deposit in all plans and all that is required is a standing for whichever plan you choose.
We are aware of very serious new development in the area. To understand how prime the location is, just follow the Parliamentary Bill going through parliament on Konza City Management Authority 2013. Isinya is the nearest built town to Konza City. In the next 7 years, the main economic activity will be around the major construction of Konza City. Housing, and other related services will make our project very prime.
There is also a new hotel targeting Konza Executivesthat has been approved next to Diaspora Village project. This is on the neighboring land. This hotel is being built to target airport and executives involved in the Konza city development.
